Walter Trobisch (1923-1979), worked for many years in Africa with his Swedish-American wife, Ingrid. Returning from Africa, they lived in Austria but served the world as marriage counselors through public speaking, books, and especially by answering thousands of letters written to them from all over the world. The couple founded Family Life Mission. His death at the age of fifty-five came as a shock to many who looked to him for leadership in the area of marriage and family counseling.
